LOOI offers a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of receipt.
During this period, if any defects arise due to manufacturing issues, LOOI is fully responsible for providing repair services or replacing the defective product with one of equivalent quality.
Beyond these repair or replacement services, LOOI does not provide any additional warranties, guarantees, or assume any other liabilities related to the sale, processing, or handling of the product—even if defects or damages result from negligence or other errors.
Damages caused by normal wear and tear are not covered under this or any other warranty.
To ensure a smooth and efficient process for all refunds and exchanges, we require a valid proof of purchase. This applies to all products, including those that have been given as gifts.
A valid proof of purchase can include:
- A receipt
- An order confirmation email
- A transaction record from the original point of sale
- Gift Purchases: If the item was given as a gift, the original purchaser must contact us directly to initiate the refund or exchange process with Proof of Purchase mentioned above.
Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges for gift items without confirmation from the original purchaser.
- Orders not from official LOOI stores: Please reach out to the seller for refunds or exchanges with valid proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, products obtained from unauthorized sources, are not eligible for returns or exchanges
