Compatible Devices

To enjoy optimal LOOI experience, we recommend:

• Using an iPhone 12 or later (iOS 17+), or an Android device with Android 12 or higher.
• Keeping your device within 0.85 lbs (385g), and remove the phone case before use for optimal performance and stability.

 

Compatibility notes:

• Phones without magnetic attachment can still work — LOOI includes a Docking Ring to attach securely. 
• Folding phones and tablet are not recommended. 
• Voice assistants and smart home assistants are not yet supported, but we’ll notify our customers if this changes.

 

Phones that do not meet the above performance requirements may still support the app if it can be installed. However, some operations that require high processing power may experience slow performance or lag.
