Check LOOI App
- Ensure your LOOI App is updated to the latest version. After updating, please restart the app or reboot your phone.
- If you’ve used LOOI before, open the LOOI App → Settings → Device, and delete the paired device.

Check Permissions & Network
- Disable and re-enable all LOOI permissions on your phone, including Bluetooth and GPS.
- Confirm your phone is on a stable Wi-Fi network, or try using mobile data.

Charge LOOI
- Use a USB-C charger (9V/2A) and cable to power on LOOI.
- Hold the front button "· · · · · ·" for at least 3 seconds, check if the yellow light starts breathing and if the device vibrates. You can also try different fingers.
- Install Docking Ring
Make sure the docking ring is correctly installed on your phone if your device doesn’t support MagSafe.
- Try Another Phone
Pair LOOI with another phone to check if the issue persists.

Reset LOOI
- Use a SIM card pin to press the reset button on the back of LOOI.

Hold for 2–4 seconds until the green indicator light turns on, confirming a successful reset.
If the issue still persists, please provide a video showing your process for us to confirm the issue. If it is with the device, we will take care of your order.

How do I buy another ring.
We don't have extra rings for sale. Each LOOI device comes with one docking ring included, and at this time, we can’t send replacements.
