Receive package has been opened/used

If you receive an item that appears to have been previously opened or used, please send us photos including below key information. 

The photos would help with our investigation and improve our packaging and inspection processes.
 

1. Sn code: it locates at the back or bottom of packaging
2. The parcel you first received consisted of the outer shipping box as well as the inner product packaging including SKU/Asin.
3. The photo product itself
