Communicating with LOOI under slow or unstable network conditions can sometimes lead to the following temporary situations:
- A server error animation appears.
- The listening icon appears in the top-right corner of LOOI, but after listening, the ellipsis disappears and there is no response.
Try using mobile data or restarting the WIFI router helps alleviate this issue. Also you can try restarting the app and talk to LOOI again.
