How to update my LOOI App and firmware?

LOOI has two types of updates: Software App Updates and Firmware Updates.

 

• Software App Update: Go to Setting → About → App Version to check for the latest version. 
  Directly go to our App Download Page to download the latest version.
   
• Device Firmware Update:
  • Please make sure your phone is paired with LOOI.
  • Go to Settings → Device → Firmware Version (right bottom of the screen)→ Update.
  • The Update button will become active when a new firmware version is available.
     
    If you’re unable to upgrade the firmware, please try pairing LOOI with another phone.
